Refund Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unwashed towel in its original packaging for a full refund. Write to care@meche.com with your order number and we will send return instructions the same working day.

Condition

Because this is a personal-care item, we can only accept returns on towels that have not been washed or used. Towels that arrive damaged or faulty are replaced or refunded in full, washed or not.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within five working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
