Shipping

Every MÈCHE order is dispatched from our production partner and tracked from the moment it leaves the facility.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are processed the following business day.

Delivery time

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom, Europe: 10–20 business days
• Rest of world: 12–25 business days

These windows are estimates and begin after processing, not at checkout. Customs clearance, weather and carrier backlogs can extend them.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to begin updating.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched, and orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address may incur a reshipping fee.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and resolve it with a replacement or refund.
