We want you to love your MÈCHE piece. If it isn't right, we'll make it right.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email luxuryfeelofficial74@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it in full.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return shipping required.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven't been dispatched.

Non-returnable

For hygiene reasons, used hair wraps cannot be returned unless faulty.
